Where are the two sides coming from at this point, and what derailed this deal that appeared to be coming together?<br />There's now a higher level of concern over the delay in this deal. What effect does this have on the global economy and the Korean market in particular, and what would happen if it falls apart altogether?<br />Today marks two years since President Moon took office. Economic indicators recently have been on the decline, and U.S.-China trade also taking a major toll.
